A Message From Our Founder

I’ve been obsessed with creating great experiences since I was a teen—working tables and helping my mom cater events on weekends after her day job. Those early days taught me hustle, heart and the magic of serving people well. Later, I had the honor of working at the Ritz-Carlton and other incredible hospitality brands, where I learned that true service is an art form — it’s in the details, the timing and the way you make people feel.

I love life and all the moments worth celebrating! I started MIYO because I wanted to bring that same spirit to event planning today. Whether someone has a shoestring budget or no budget at all, my goal is to make the experience curious, creative, and completely stress-free.
